• Lead, manage, and organize the DC outbound departments for which he/she will be responsible
• Maximize operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Lead a department with your Team Leaders for an efficient retail store Allocation, Replenishment, Hanging, Outgoing. Lead the departments to ensure smooth process flows
• In line with the Outbound Ops Manager: lead and manage ABC slotting & optimization of pick locations
• Maximize overall profitability through plan., budget & cost follow up
• Manage and ensure logistic capacity needs in collaboration with the Outbound Operations Manager you are reporting to and with the DC Manager
• Responsible to ensure inventory counts are conducted
• Lead identifying risks and resolve issues in daily DC outbound department operations to ensure optimal performance, and closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export
• In line with the Outbound Ops Manager: recruit, develop and retain talents according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements
  

• Strong operational Logistics expertise to effectively manage day-to-day execution
• At least 5 years of significant experience in management positions within Logistics sector and unionized environment
• Understanding of end-to-end DC processes and garment flow
• Good understanding of warehouse IT management system
• Knowledgeable in regional and global operational logistics standards, as well as sustainability targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to encourage collaboration, cocreation and people development by empowering others
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude to manage change
• Inclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encourage diversity
• Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group
• Clear communication and presentation skills, fluent written and spoken in French and English
