As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a Payments Strategy Manager to partner with our team.

Our role

Although there is a degree of freedom in shaping your role based on your findings, as a Payments Strategy Manager, you can expect to:

• Define and work together with Data Engineering & Intelligence to implement a data-driven roadmap for reporting & analytics for our payment function
• Analyze the current business and customer behaviors and come up with initiatives to optimize the average cost per transaction; oversee and drive the implementation of said initiatives
• Create a strategy roadmap for the payments function with an eye for expansion and optimization (new depositing methods for customers, improvements in current customer experience, etc.); oversee and drive the implementation of said roadmap
• Create an innovation roadmap for the payments function with an eye for current and future technological trends (crypto, blockchain, etc.); oversee and drive the implementation of said roadmap.

Your profile

• At least 5 years experience working in the payments Industry or 2 years experience working for a leading management consulting firm
• Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking;
• Understanding of the payments industry and landscape is a plus;
• Reliable, problem solver, with a result driven attitude and a team player spirit are some characteristics we are looking for;
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience;
• Excellentanalytical mindset with a strong eye for details;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills -both spoken and written- in English. Knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.
