Assistance to the P&C Director & BP’s
- Support with presentations & communication routines
- Support with board meetings
- Adjustment to organizational development of specific learning or cultural materials
- Coordination & logistics of special events
- Support with translations to French-English-Dutch
- Maintenance of agreed dashboard & metrics with P&C BP’s and data team
- Coordination of CCEP Belux & European team’s reporting requests
- P&C budget, Assistance with yearly budget consolidation and tracking & monthly team & Finance SPOC, general PO’s & invoicing
- Coordination of onboarding for new team members (equipment, adjust agreed onboarding plan to individual needs, follow up)
- Organize team meetings (bi weekly calls & meetings with rotating chairs, support each chair with preparation, time keeping & notes, bi yearly team event…)
- Governance of agreed share point architecture & maintenance
- Coordination of bi-yearly engagement survey with agreed owner
- Own 1 or 2 priority P&C project (yearly priority project list)
- Temporary support to performance reviews
