What are we looking for?We are looking for a creative thinker who can generate and assess innovative ideas, deeply understands marketing platforms and their effective creative formats, and excels in storytelling and delivering impactful messages through compelling visual content.
You will support our entire client portfolio, which consists of household brands like Dockx, Connections, Royal Botania, Sleepworld, and more.
You Are Someone Who
- Has a full-time availability (37.5 hours).
- Has a full professional understanding of both Dutch & English.
- Works organized and can manage projects for him/herself.
- Is flexible and able to prioritize in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Can (and loves to) switch between different verticals, from retail to banking and ICT to pharma.
- Is proficient in Dutch, with native-level fluency and professional proficiency.

Your Most Important Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ideal Customer Profiling: Define and analyze the ideal customer profile (ICP) to tailor campaigns that resonate deeply with the target audience.
- Content Creation: Write and design copy, briefs, and scripts for graphic/motion designers, content creators, and ad campaigns.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with media buyers, ad designers, and video editors to achieve optimal creative outcomes.
- Monitor and Analyze: Track and evaluate creative data, formulate hypotheses, and make data-informed decisions to enhance creative performance.
- Competitor Insights: Analyze competitor advertisements and understand target audience preferences.
- Continuous Innovation: Seek out new ideas and stay ahead of the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Has a lot to say about the direction the company and our creative team is heading;
- Gets a personal growth plan;
- Has loads of feedback moments (weekly, monthly, quarterly);
- Is the boss of his/her own agenda, you do not have to log hours;
- Is in direct contact with their clients, there are no account managers to hold your hands.
