Introduction

We hiring for our client in Brussel a Planification Officer in the team of after sales support departement.

Tasks

  • Scheduling of the service technicians
  • Coordination, tracking of deadlines for technicians in consultation with the customer
  • Coordination of commissioning and battery assembly with internal sales and customer service.
  • Creation of technician orders in CIMSA
  • Receipt and processing of faults via our central hotline number within normal working hours
  • Editing and creating SoHelp cases
  • Technical telephone support for our customers
  • Planning experience: Technician deployment planning, in coordination with the National After Sales Manager and Customer Service during commissioning
  • Support experience: Technical, telephone support for simple problems Editing and creation of SoHelp

Skills

  • Technical or commercial training or comparable
  • Experience in technical telephone support
  • Mastery of standard MS Office applications
  • ERP experience
  • Office Package knowledge
  • Binding, friendly behaviour on the phone

Language

  • French speaker or Dutch speaker with a good communication of the second language.
  • English: is a plus
