Well established Biotech company are looking for dedicated PMO consultant to Join their dynamic team in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA, a significant program extending into 2025. As my client optimise processes and documentation, they require a Program Management Officer to handle their specific responsibilities which come with a huge migration.

The role is hybrid and will require you to work between Anderlecht and Braine (Belgium) This is an hourly rate contract/ freelance role, requiring you to start in January.

Responsibilities

  • Financial/budget control and health management, ensuring cost accuracy and appropriate backfills.
  • Coordination work, consolidating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Structuring and follow-up on actions, ensuring documentation discipline in a GxP environment.
  • Supporting change management responsibilities, ensuring training completion before role assignments.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in financial management, forecasting, and accruals.
  • Project management experience for structuring complex programs.
  • Soft skills: Meticulousness, attention to detail, strong communication, and team spirit.

Nice To Have

  • PMO experience in a similar program.
  • Experience in life sciences/pharma or other validated environments (GxP).
