We are looking for a versatile professional to fill the role of Portfolio Assistant. If you excel at technical assessments and enjoy administrative support in a collaborative setting, then this position is made for you.

  • You provide operational and administrative support to project managers.
  • You contribute to planning and follow-up for multiple projects.
  • You build and monitor capacity models and key performance indicators.
  • You assist in optimizing project plans and forecasting resources.
  • You ensure data consolidation and effective visualization for portfolio reporting.
  • You utilize project management tools like Planisware and MS Project.
  • You work within a hybrid methodology environment combining Agile and Waterfall approaches.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or similar roles (PMO/PSO).
  • You have an engineering background with 3-4 years in project or planning assistance.
  • You possess experience in maintenance environments.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You demonstrate strong autonomy and the ability to challenge stakeholders effectively.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Suite and project planning tools.
  • You have familiarity with Planisware (nice to have).
  • You have exposure to change management (nice to have).
  • You are familiar with the trade-offs between Agile and Waterfall methodologies (nice to have).
  • You exhibit strong soft skills including adaptability, assertiveness, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
