Process and Production Manager – Food and Beverage

Our client, a leading global company in the Food Ingredients space, seeks a talented Process and Production Manager to join their team south of Brussels. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing their cutting-edge food ingredient concepts to life.

The Opportunity

  • Lead a team of 3 professionals responsible for the industrialization process of food ingredients for a key R&D and production facility.
  • Analyze product designs and identify potential manufacturing challenges, ensuring cost-effectiveness and manageability.
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, selecting equipment, tooling, and creating detailed production instructions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure materials and components, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Oversee quality control measures throughout the production process, guaranteeing products meet all specifications and regulations.
  • Manage projects effectively, delegate tasks, and inspire your team to achieve common goals.
  • Experience the unique satisfaction of seeing your work contribute to some of the most recognized drink brands on the market.

What You Bring

  • Around 10 years’ experience in Industrialization Management or a similar role within the Food Ingredients industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrialization processes, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
