• Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks
• Complete and lead integrated process analysis, identify procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Consult with team to gain insight, influence, adjust research and devise alternatives, achieve results and resolve issues.
• Make decisions and solve problems to meet business objectives
• Interpret policies, procedures and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with colleagues and managers to solve problems and achieve goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Minimum 3 years of experience within chemistry.

• An annual salary of EUR 60,000 - 85,000, depending on experience.
