Process Manager

As Process Manager it is important that you support the organization to seek the most optimal processes with a high quality of data. Based on optimization, you ensure that the necessary changes (process-based) are communicated and implemented in the departments, so that bottlenecks in the work process are improved proactively, efficiently and effectively.

• Continuously monitor process performance, analytics and identify opportunities for improvement and collect and review process change and improvement proposals from the organization, bring forward relevant change proposals, support local improvements where necessary;
• Provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise to perform process gap analyses;
• Collaborate with involved departments and IT to drive selection design and configuration for right technology and data solutions;
• Ensures involvement of, contribution of, and required validation by all departments.
• Be the glue in between de departments to ensure the best possible solution is implemented and accepted.

Mission

• Develop the further optimization, integration and support of the MOMS and WMS implementations.
• Support the operational departments in implementing best practice within their organizations.
• Work closely together with our support organization and external supplier that support our application.
• Interact with the Finance, Purchasing and Production support departments to come to integrated processes giving the highest efficiency.
• Support the go live with SAP in the pre- and aftercare.

The first focus will be on our newly implemented WMS and MES system that is currently still facing some errors. This results in incorrect stock levels and all the difficulties that comes with it. On long term (2024) we will be implementing SAP and there would be also a key role for you to make sure the current processes will be in validated but making sure we use the latest technology and automatizations.

To manage this we expect from you;

• You are very persistence, when there is a problem you will take on the responsibility.
• Good Analytical skills to make sure all root causes are found and best solution is taken.
• Good affinity with IT Tools. Skilled or Interested to learn SAP, Excel and Power BI.
• You are able to connect people and keep an overview.
• You are a change agent and are able to inspire people.
• Good level of English and Dutch is essential.

Experience requirements

• Extensive operational experience with process optimalizations
• Implementation of continues improvements and change management programs
• Experience with AS400
