As part of the production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence throughout various stages of the production process.

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer - Filling - FD - Inspection to oversee the efficiency, quality, and uniformity of operations. If you are technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing production processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • You are responsible for the validation of new products and improvements on existing filling lines, including validation documentation and operator training.
  • You coordinate implementations and ensure that set due dates are met while maintaining excellent communication and oversight of tasks.
  • You identify and analyze bottlenecks and quality losses, collaborating closely with production operators and relevant departments.
  • You possess a strong technical interest in equipment and processes.
  • You proactively monitor and ensure the quality of the process using your critical perspective.
  • You conduct independent investigations into quality issues and propose necessary solutions.
  • You are responsible for developing and maintaining procedures, as well as organizing and delivering training for operators.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree as an industrial engineer, civil engineer, or bio-engineer.
  • You have strong analytical skills and excellent planning abilities with a keen interest in production technologies and processes.
  • You excel in communication and possess excellent social skills.
  • You work in an organized and precise manner.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and can work under stress.
  • You are flexible and have a technical interest in equipment.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is an asset.
  • You are proficient in English.
