Main Functions:

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of the eu-LISA Entry Exit System (EES) Program within Atos organization.. The successful candidate will be representing Atos within the Consortium’s management team and towards the customer. (S)He will be responsible for the identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within the Entry Exit Program and manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives. Important is to develop a strategic vision, as well as to communicate this vision to the different stakeholders.

The program manager will also monitor the provisioning of the operations and the successful delivery of the program activities as well as manage the financial aspects of the program.

Client Delivery Executive

In close relations with:

  • Service Delivery Manager
  • Project Managers
  • Global Delivery Centers representatives
  • Consortium partners

Duties:

(S)He will be responsible for

  • Providing strategic guidance to the team.
  • Supervising the agreement of business requirements with the customer, and translation of requirements into operational plans
  • Supervising the progress of the operations and acting as escalation point for the delivery teams when necessary.
  • Monitoring the progress of the ongoing projects activities and their inter-dependencies, managing the risks and the issues raised by the project managers.
  • Ensuring that provision of the service is having the appropriate level of quality and is in accordance with contractual KPIs and initial business case.
  • Managing the contract’s P&L, monitoring the actual costs against the forecasted project margin (accountable for the profitability of the program).
  • Defining the overall programme governance.
  • Managing the communication with all the contract’s stakeholders.
  • Reporting the status of the program during period contract reviews and other specific operational reviews.

Employment and technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar function.
  • Proven experience with large scale IT implementations programmes.
  • Practical experience with application development, infrastructure management and service delivery.
  • Practical experience with methodologies such as Agile, Prince 2, ITIL.
  • Must be details oriented, analytical, and demonstrating ability to work in complex international environments.
  • Practical experience with nearshore application development and delivery centers located in Europe.
  • Working experience with EU client or other public institution is an added value.

Languages:

  • English proficient (CEFRL Level: Minimum B2, Ideally C1)
  • Preferable 2nd language: French

Location:

  • Atos Zaventem or Luxemburg premises.
  • Frequent Travel to Strasbourg and occasional to Poland will be required.

Education:

  • Bachelor or University degree in IT or equivalent by valid professional IT certifications in the domain

Extra:

  • EU Secret Personal Security Clearance is required for the function (EU citizen only). Can be requested at the start of the mission.
