As a young and ambitious company, working in the development and production of renewable energy, we at Eoly Energy are looking for an energetic new colleague. In order to complete our team of Management Assistants, we are looking for a Project Assistant who will focus on a diverse range of tasks, both in administration and communication.
As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- You manage the agendas of various managers;
- You prepare management meetings. You gather the necessary information, prepare the presentation and make sure everything is ready to start efficiently;
- You are responsible for the follow-up of different mailboxes;
- You become an expert in the management of Eoly Cooperation, a cooperative company that opens wind turbine projects to participation. This way, they let local residents co-invest in the wind turbines;
- For Eoly Cooperation you will follow up on the invoicing, but you will also organise the annual meetings with all cooperants, which you will follow up afterwards as well;
- For the cooperation, you also organise the board of directors meeting, which you also attend (bimonthly on a Thursday evening);
- You have a swift style of writing that you can use to regularly update our website in WordPress. In addition, you are also responsible for drafting newsletters and other informative documents;
- You manage our social media channels and think along with us about our marketing strategy;
- At the office, you are the first point of contact for visitors.
- You have obtained at least a professional bachelor’s degree and already have several years of experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. (This is an absolute must!) In addition, your knowledge of French is more than sufficient to be able to use it on a professional level, both spoken and written;
- You are an organisational talent that always keeps track of things and is good at setting priorities;
- Deadlines are always met.
- You know how to communicate with management and board members and can correctly handle confidential information;
- You are very independent, but you can also communicate quickly and smoothly with colleagues so that the necessary issues can be discussed or tackled together.
- Microsoft Office has no secrets for you. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are software programs you have an extensive knowledge of;
- You are able to travel to our office, which is located in Braine-l’Alleud (= Eigenbrakel).
