The Role

Worley are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join the business in Antwerp working on petrochemical projects. This is a full time, permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for a project in all technical aspects
  • Safety will be your first priortiy
  • Overall management of projects from the feasibility study to EPCm phase, including the contractual interfaces between Worley and the Client
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ensuring quality deliverables within scope
  • Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Supporting business development initiatives
  • Reporting to the Project Manager
  • As a project engineer you fulfill a crucial role in projects in the (petro)chemical & pharmaceutical industry, and you will act as an interface with the other engineering disciplines.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Master or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Piping/Mechanical or E&I)
  • Willing to go to a site based team with a lot of smaller projects
  • Strong team player
  • Experience as a Project Engineer in the process industry (Chemicals, Oil & Gas or Pharmaceuticals)
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch
