As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled engineering professional with a background in electro-mechanics or industrial engineering. You possess strong technical aptitude and an interest in packaging machinery. If you have a talent for problem-solving and analytical thinking, this position may be a great fit for you.

  • You write specifications for packaging machines, including palletizing machines.
  • You evaluate offers and follow up with suppliers post-order.
  • You conduct testing of machines according to predefined protocols.
  • You ensure documented handover to production and maintenance teams.
  • You monitor machinery installation and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • You maintain technical knowledge of machines and manage quality controls.
  • You work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Bio-Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience with packaging machines (pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics).
  • You possess technical skills related to machinery and quality control systems.
  • You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are an effective communicator and can engage with a variety of individuals.
  • You demonstrate stress resilience and assertiveness.
  • You take initiative and exhibit a dynamic approach.
  • You are flexible with respect to work regimes.
  • You are proficient in SCADA and familiar with Track&Trace systems.
  • You are passionate about maintaining ethical standards and safety culture within the workplace.
  • You have proficient command of English and ideally another relevant language.
