For our client Corona Direct, we’re currently looking for a Project Lead to reinforce the Customer Experience & Innovation team. This team focuses primarily on improving the quality of current and future processes and optimising capacity and performance.

As a Project Lead At Corona Direct, You
  • Lead projects to analyse and improve existing processes
  • Are responsible for innovation projects
  • Offer daily support to the operational team (data analysis; prognosis, planning and coordination of activities; workshops; analysing results,…)
Your Skills

As a Project Lead, a big part of your job is communicating with different stakeholders. It’s important that you can transfer your message clearly and in a structured manner to every audience. Also, you’re all about change, results and impact. You have an analytical mind and are a fast learner.
  • You hold a Master’s degree and have 1 to 4 years of working experience
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You’re familiar with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Agile)
  • You have a first experience with project management
  • You speak Dutch or French fluently; knowledge of the other language is a plus
  • You have excellent technical knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • We welcome experience with innovation projects, customer experience and change methodologies such as Adkar.
