Job Title: Project Leader (medior)

Location: Hasselt, Belgium-Hybrid

Duration: 12 months+ extendable contract

Main tasks:

  • Initiating projects; To this end, you collect the necessary information for drawing up the project canvas for approval by the project steering committee.
  • Defining the scope, determining the necessary budgets and drawing up or validating implementation plans.
  • Taking care of the progress monitoring and reporting in terms of timing, budget and quality
  • Drawing up and following up on the RAID log.
  • Drawing up the project documentation.
  • Managing the ongoing projects.
  • Organizing and facilitating the necessary consultations with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Quality - working with the program manager to maximize synergies between the projects and to draw up a supported program schedule.
  • The willingness and flexibility to travel to other client’s locations within client’s as necessary, of course taking into account the applicable Covid-19 measures.
