Klarrio is a project agency specialized in analyzing and processing big and complex realtime data streams. Their Belgian offices are in Antwerp, but they also have offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Australia and the United States. Due to their significant and strong growth, we are looking for a Project Manager Big Data.

As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate the client’s projects and follow-up on the progress. Their project are situated in the following branches: big data, realtime data, SaaS, PaaS and Cloud. You’ll work on complex and international projects for big enterprise clients and communicate closely with the Klarrio R&D team.

Some Of Your Main Responsibilities Are
  • You are the liaison between the project team, the Klarrio R&D tam and product management. You’ll check on the project progress, bottlenecks and escalations.
  • You manage the schedule of the development team, deliverables and milestones as agreed with the client. You’ll report the project status at regular intervals.
  • You plan scrum meetings and sprint demos.
  • You organize status meetings, training sessions and product presentations.
Klarrio is an international, multicultural company with dozens of nationalities, which means the main language is English. You regularly travel abroad, up to a maximum 25% of your time.
  • You have a master’s level of thinking and experience, the diploma is not required.
  • You have several years of experience as a Software Development Project Manager and are familiar with waterfall and agile (scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
  • You have experience with software (Linux) and software development.
  • You are interested in (big) data and cloud.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can translate complex problems and solutions.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You are willing to travel up to 25%.
