We’re seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

About This Vacancy

The Project Manager - Construction Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day and practical organization of the site, ensuring smooth execution of civil construction and installation activities. This role involves close collaboration with the project team, contractors, and safety supervisors to maintain quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

The focus is on civil works, finishing new construction, and the installation of utilities, HVAC systems, and automation elements.

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with the project leader to monitor progress.
  • Identify and resolve planning conflicts during project execution in consultation with the team.
  • Ensure work permits are prepared and task risk analyses are conducted with contractors.
  • Organize site meetings with safety supervisors, contractors, and project engineers.
  • Investigate incidents or concerns on-site and implement corrective actions

What We Expect From You

  • Master in Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or similar field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in civil works and construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and a proactive safety mindset.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, utility installations, and automation systems.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
