For our Medical Communication team in Wavre, we are looking for a new Project Manager who can start soon!

Description

As Project manager, you take ownership of thedevelopment of various medical communications (original/review article, congress activities, digital communications). You have a strategic view of the project and coordinate all aspect of the development, from initiation to delivery, going through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling. Youcoordinate functional delivery teams allocated per project within the Medical Communication Unit. Youmanage and meet stakeholders’ expectations, maintain an effective communication throughout the project and provide creative and tailored solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities are:

Advise on optimum medical communication development strategy according to the target audience and client expectations.

Actively drive the delivery of medical communications according to expectations, agreed timelines and data dissemination plan.

Ensure pro-active communication about project development with all stakeholders (internal and external).

Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and take full accountability of deliverables’ completion, within high-quality standards and timelines.

Own project documentation and ensure timely update of all project management tools put in place by the company/client.

Identify and manage operational risks and issues and propose tailored solutions.

Requirements

You profile:

Education:

Master’s degree in sciences or in communication

Expertise:

Excellent English skills, both verbal and written (C1).

Previous project management experience in the industry (in communication field is a real asset).

Ability to manage several projects in parallel, to prioritize and to propose creative solutions.

Open mind and open eye in term of changes in the communication field.

Excellent team worker with strong listening skills

Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills; diplomacy, comfort with a variety of styles and high cultural sensitivity.

Meeting facilitation skills, including ability to work in an international environment and as part of virtual teams.

Good knowledge of the drug development cycle, particularly the complex interaction between various contributors (preclinical, clinical, CMC, regulatory etc.) is an asset.
