???? Project Description

• Lead the Strategic Basic Research (SBO) project focused on decision support for part feeding in flexible assembly systems.
• Bridge the gap between industrial needs and technological research, ensuring the practical applicability of new technologies in the manufacturing sector.
• Define, coordinate, and manage project tasks to develop robust strategic and tactical optimization frameworks for assembly line feeding (ALF)systems.
• Oversee the development of strategic process design optimization for intralogistics system blueprints, fleet selection, and sizing.
• Ensure project outputs are relevant to the manufacturing industry and meet scientific standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration among researchers from various technical domains, universities, and companies.

• Master’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to empathize with both the manufacturing industry and research environments.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of experts towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent leadership and technical coordination abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking to align project goals with industrial needs and technological advancements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in English to build and maintain relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
