De functie

Goals

  • The responsibility of the project management is to:
    • manage the project engineering and service to obtain successful projects for the end customer and a positive projects for the company within the defined goals
    • monitor and control the invoicing progress of the projects
    • monitor and control the on time realisation of the projects
    • control the on time closure of the projects
    • Un-lock blocked situations during the projects
    • monitor the customer satisfaction
Specific: Main tasks

  • Review and follow up of project status documents for:
    • Financial follow up (instalments)
    • Project planning
    • Project attention points
  • Management of the project evaluation:
    • Internal evaluation of the running projects
    • Internal evaluation of the closed projects
    • Evaluation with customer on the project status and closures.
  • Reports to and input for:
    • Field Operations Manager :
      • general status of projects
      • general invoicing status of projects
      • important issues or information
    • Administration: Invoicing, delays on invoicing, change orders…
    • Business development (Industrial and Customer Care) :
      • Evaluation of projects with commercial attention points
      • Evaluation of projects with operational attention points
      • Potential new opportunities / upcoming customer requests
Additional Activities

  • Assisting on issues or reviews of documents
  • Assisting the Business Development Managers for the creation of planning documents, technical documents, used in the bidding stages.
  • Assisting the Business Development Managers for the technical and documentary analysis of tenders.
  • Responsible for the preparation of all required site documentation for technicians

Power Of Attorney

  • Creation of change order proposals towards the customer of existing articles with fixed prices.
  • Creation of change order proposals towards the customer after approval of the Field Operations Manager for dedicated special items.
Quality / Safety / Environnement:

  • Self-evaluation during the execution of the job in order to guarantee that the quality of work corresponds to the quality standard requires by customer and employer
  • Verifying the customers satisfaction throughout all different stages of the project and taking corrective actions if and where needed
  • Analysing possible requests from customers : is the requested planning taking into account all necessary safety measures to be foreseen on site etc.
  • Being the guardian angel in terms of environmental obligations during the project (is the customer not making requests that are not following the rules in terms of waste management etc.)
Het profiel

  • Technical education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with sterilization (or related medical equipment) is a plus.
  • NDL - FR - ENG
