For our client, a leading company in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to strengthen the Facility Management department.

As a Project Manager within the Facility Management department, you will be responsible for the complete management and coordination of various national technical roll-out projects. You will work within a dynamic environment that focuses on the management of an extensive portfolio of buildings and offices. Together with your team, you ensure the flawless execution of a variety of projects that contribute to the optimization and modernization of the infrastructure.

In concrete terms, this means that you:

• Manage the study, realisation and follow-up of small, repetitive projects in an automated manner.
• As a SPOC, you act for the program management of strategic partners, monitoring the project in terms of scope, budget, capacity, risks and quality.
• Ensures a flexible approach to the various programs, in close collaboration with service providers and other stakeholders.
• Projects such as the decommissioning of stand-alone cash sites, replacement of ATMs, infrastructure modifications and more coordinates from start to finish.
• Be responsible for adherence to norms and standards, while operating within budget and deadlines.
• Acts as the main interlocutor for internal and external construction partners and cooperates with the Program Coordinator for an optimal exchange of information.

Profile:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an architectural or structural engineering field.
• A broad knowledge of construction disciplines and experience in construction project management.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and your own transport, as you will regularly travel to different locations.
• A result-oriented attitude, with a keen eye for quality and continuous improvement.
• Creativity and spatial awareness, as well as strong organizational skills.
• The ability to manage technical staff, challenge constructively and manage a network of stakeholders.
• Sense of responsibility, independence and decisiveness.
• A customer-oriented attitude and an eye for continuity and safety within projects.
• Experience in the use of structured information flows and document management.
