We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer passionate about user experience and interface design, ready to bring their talent to innovative internal applications.

Your mission: put the user at the heart of every decision and turn business needs into elegant, intuitive, and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities

UX Focus:

  • Research and analyze user needs
  • Design user journeys and clear information architectures
  • Create impactful wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Conduct and analyze user testing to refine solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into optimal experiences

UI Focus:

  • Design modern and harmonious interfaces (typography, color palettes, buttons, icons…)
  • Ensure visual consistency across screens and modules
  • Contribute to building design systems and visual guidelines

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, ideally on internal applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
  • Excellent knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
  • Autonomous, team-oriented, and detail-driven

Languages: Proficiency in French or Dutch (English is a plus)

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.

ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
