As an Customer Service Representative, you are in charge of these various tasks :

Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers
Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning and sales team
Provide first level support to customers
Generating order confirmations to customers, confirming delivery times
Plan and execute shipment orders
Complete customs documents and organise the shipments
Manage customs clearance formalities
Work with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as with local laws and guidelines
Entering orders in stock management system and following up on these orders with customers

Your Profile:

Bachelor or master in a relevant field or similar in experience
Successful experience in Customer Service in an international context
Computer literate and experience with a stock management system
Responsive and proactive behavior; demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues
Knowledge of customer - service principles and practices required
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)- Italian is an asset
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Rigorous and hand on mentality
