We have an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and work with European Institutions based in Brussels.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in UNIX, virtualization, automation skills, and programming knowledge.

Strong knowledge and skills in the following areas:

  • Containerization platforms (OpenShift).
  • Automation tools (Ansible / Puppet / Terraform).
  • CI/CD processes (GitLab).
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware).
  • Networking and Storage subsystems (NetApp).
  • Relational databases (Oracle).
  • Non-relational databases (MongoDB).
  • Data analysis tools (Cloudera, Knime, Maltego, Tableau).
  • Programming languages (Python, R).
  • Log aggregation and analysis (Splunk).
  • Good organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in data analysis environments.
  • Experience working in tech-savvy organizations.
  • Previous experience in multinational environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Near-site service delivery mode.
  • On-site presence required 1 day per week (consultants are currently on-site no more than 1 day per month).
  • Must have a valid personal security clearance up to SECRET UE/EU SECRET (up to EU confidential level).
  • EU citizenship is mandatory.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in English with good technical writing and communication skills.

Work Location:

  • You will be required to work on-site 4 days a week, and your location should enable you to reach the on-site premises within a maximum of 2 hours.
