About the role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a European Talent Acquisition Partner at Etex Group. As our European Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract and retain top talent across Europe.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support Etex Group’s growth plans
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions across Europe, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition
About you
  • Experience working in-house or within an RPO environment
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels in a business, including ExComm
  • Ability to be flexible to adapt to differing audiences
  • Strong background working in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational context
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across different functions and geographies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more European languages
