Your job :

As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for talented and multilingual graduates to join our team as Claims Associates.

As a Claims Associate, you’ll play a vital role in managing insurance claims for our end customers. Making sure you’ll find the proper solution to their problem.

This entry-level position involves communication in multiple languages, an analytical approach, and the chance to develop customer service and insurance skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage and process claims from A to Z
  • Handle First Notification of Loss and partner validation processes
  • Investigate claims to determine their validity
  • Assess the coverage of the claim as per the policy conditions
  • Handle written and phone correspondence
  • Calculate settlements and proceed to payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims and their outcomes
  • Continuously improve the claims process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and technologies
Don’t worry if you’re new to the insurance industry – we provide comprehensive internal training to set you up for success!

Your Profile :

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other)
  • You are a recent Bachelor’s degree graduate in translation, law, or business and administration
  • You are self-motivated, open-minded, curious, and flexible, with a "can do" attitude
  • You are willing to learn and to start building your career
