What’s our product?
Our first product is a worldwide patented dosing device against limescale and corrosion. Scale not only shortens the life of hot water boilers and pipes, it also reduces the energy efficiency of boilers by 10-50%. Our solution outperforms existing products thanks to our patented acoustic signal system that warns the customer when the cartridge is empty, our very accurate dosing and our ease of installation and use. Furthermore, our devices are manufactured and assembled in Belgium by people with disabilities.
Job description
As a Junior Sales Farmer, you will initially be responsible for maintaining and managing sales relationships with our existing customers in Belgium. You will visit their various locations and build a relationship with the store managers. In consultation with the relevant stakeholders, you’ll define and organise promotional campaigns. You’ll use lean start-up techniques to increase sales with our existing customers.
Once you’ve gained enough experience with our solution and the different stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to explore new customers and go-to-market options in Belgium or abroad. You will share your experience with new distributors in Europe to support their go-to-market.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Bachelor degree
- Startup mindset
- Enjoys being on the road
