We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the development and the growth of our business in the region Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant and Oost-Vlaanderen.
Your main responsibility will be to achieve the agreed sales budget and targeted market share through the implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned territory/customer portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed sales and margin budget
  • Grow customer numbers and product penetration
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular face to face contact
  • Develop market in the region and industry, building on the global growth strategy
  • Promote our value proposition to all customers as a platform for growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth objectives
  • Report regularly on sales activities and opportunities and review progress against forecast and budget with Sales Manager
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Update and maintain Salesforce (CRM sales tool)
  • Comply to all Company procedures and legislative requirements

General knowledge:

  • You have minimum a bachelor degree preferably in Business
  • You have minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar position
  • You have experience in B2B business (mandatory)
  • Experience in chemical market
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge in French is a plus

  • You can fit in an international working environment with a matrix-based organization
  • You have excellent negotiation skills and are goal getter
  • You have an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
  • You are able to work under pressure and consistently meet business objectives
