  • Serve as the key content owner for Greif University to ensure connection of all sales and customer service learning programs
  • Prepare, facilitate and follow up on sales and customer service training and workshops with participants in alignment with our mission to Deliver Legendary Customer Service
  • Support content development needs including selection and management of external vendors and resources.
  • Create and manage the communication strategy for sales and customer service learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Assess impact of learning programs with regular metrics benchmarking to ensure the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Service initiatives.
  • Identify external trends and implement best practices within Sales & Customer Service
  • Further integrate Sales & Customer Service training into the onboarding of new colleagues
Requirements
  • Degree educated
  • Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, preferably on sales and/or customer service training
  • A focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis in demonstrating return on investment in training
  • Proven ability to influence others and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of industry learning trends and future learning programs to help drive innovation
  • Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and implement blended learning solutions.
