Then please apply to join our Greif family!Typical Accountabilities- Serve as the key content owner for Greif University to ensure connection of all sales and customer service learning programs
- Prepare, facilitate and follow up on sales and customer service training and workshops with participants in alignment with our mission to Deliver Legendary Customer Service
- Support content development needs including selection and management of external vendors and resources.
- Create and manage the communication strategy for sales and customer service learning opportunities across the organization.
- Assess impact of learning programs with regular metrics benchmarking to ensure the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Service initiatives.
- Identify external trends and implement best practices within Sales & Customer Service
- Further integrate Sales & Customer Service training into the onboarding of new colleagues
- Degree educated
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, preferably on sales and/or customer service training
- A focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis in demonstrating return on investment in training
- Proven ability to influence others and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Understanding of industry learning trends and future learning programs to help drive innovation
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and implement blended learning solutions.
