What we’re looking for

At Novellas Healthcare, we’re a passionate, people-first team driven by the world of life sciences. We recruit for some of the top names in pharma, biotech and medtech. To boost our visibility and drive lead generation on the recruitment side, we’re looking for a marketing intern to join the adventure.

Your playground

  • Content creation (videos…)
  • Managing our social media (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok — but we love to experiment)
  • Supporting lead gen campaigns (for freelancers + companies)
  • Trendwatching & analysis in pharma/recruitment
  • Overall support to our marketing activities targeting recruitment clients and prospects

You’re our perfect match if…

  • You’re in the final year of a Master’s degree(marketing, communication, digital…)
  • You’re confident managing social media accounts
  • You write well in English and French or Dutch
  • You love fast-moving environments where every idea counts
  • You’re curious about the healthcare world and want to get a feel for it from the inside
