Esko is seeking a EMEA Marketing Team Leader .
As an EMEA Marketing Team Leader, you are the driving force to ensure our prospects and customers are informed about new Esko product innovations and discover existing solutions. Reaching out to our prospects and customers in the fastest and most efficient way possible is a key objective. You make sure our targeted marketing campaigns deliver the expected funnel to enable grow on the Esko business.
Esko helps printing and packaging companies across the world, we do this by providing hardware flexo platemaking and print inspection solutions and software for prepress, packaging design, virtual prototyping, workflow automation, packaging management and colorimetry management and set of graphic arts professions. Your challenge and Your Opportunity

As a Marketing Team Lead, you work on a daily base with the local field marketeers to drive new lead generation marketing initiatives resulting in new funnel opportunities. Having a deep understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels and the ability to analyse business trends will be crucial in further exploring the challenges within packaging markets.
You monitor the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and can suggest and implement changes where needed. You collaborate with the global marketing team and local field marketing team to deploy strategic campaigns into actionable initiatives for the EMEA region.
When you join Esko a Marketing Team Lead, you will also oversee the actual daily operations of the sales lead coordinator team such as the roll out of outbound customer acquisition programs, the prompt qualification of incoming marketing generated leads, the handover of opportunities to sales and the proper follow up of the conversion of those opportunities into Order Intake. You are also in charge of the improvement of the standard work and visual management used by the field marketeers and lead coordinator team.
We will put you on a training programme to help you understand the fundamentals of the printing and packaging industry and give you a solid grounding in the main Esko products. Good project management, analytical, organizational, prioritization, decision making
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees
Analytical capabilities to extract and understand results (reporting)
Leadership skill to motivate and guide the teams
Process Management skills to document and drive implementation
Focus on delivering result and ability to identify problems and implement countermeasures
Understand business needs and capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity,
Optimist (Sees opportunities iso issues)

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
3-5 years of exerience in a marketing role
Fluency in written and spoken English
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Microsoft Office tools
Experience in managing a team
