Purpose of the position:
Responsible for the online channel for Belgium fr :drive qualified traffic & optimise the performances of online channels (websites, mobile etc)
Mission 1:Increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated online marketing plan
Mission 2: Manage and optimise Belgium fr online platform(roll out tactical campaigns, optimise UX and content, SEO and fix bugs) to ensure brand positioning and maximise conversion rate
Mission 3: Maximise Acquisition through online media (increase in qualified traffic, revenue and customer acquisition)
Mission 4:Develop a local CRM strategyaimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value
Mission 5:Collaborate with all managers as business partners in a omnichannel vision
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving the country’s business objectives
- Be co-responsible for any marketing action plan/material/ being in line with the corporate brand guidelines and upscale positioning
- Be responsible for online marketing budget
- Be responsible for online BV, sales contribution and online channel KPI’s

Belgium online executive & co-management of CRM VIE with Switzerland

Benelux Marketing Manager
Profile requested
Education: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Marketing or Communications / or related field
Job experience: At least 5 years’ experience in online marketing in a fast growing company - CRM is a plus
Competencies requested
Knowledge:
Local tourism market, online digital trends, online marketing tools & methods.
Skills:
Genuine passion and in-depth understanding of the marketing & tourism field
Experience in promoting and engaging consumers through online advertising
Experience in managing media buying, analytics and creative brief
Experience in managing online agencies and related key stakeholders
Familiarity with HTML, GAP and Dreamweaver (or similar) is essential
SEO strategy knowledge
User experience/customer conversation maximisation
Experience in creating engaging EDM as part of a CRM strategy is a plus
Creative and effective written communication
Creativity, excellent written communication & analytical skills.
Technical skills (tools…):
High levels of proficiency in professional written and verbal communication
Advanced copywriting & editing skills in English.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)

French and English
