Job Purpose and Impact

The Product Line Director will direct and develop strategy, leading activities across the entire product line portfolio. In this role, you will direct the design and implementation of a comprehensive product marketing cycle and lead a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities
  • Direct preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.
  • Lead compilation and evaluation of research on market product requirements and the identification of enhancements to current features and functionality.
  • Directly coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
  • Direct our team that plans, organizes and coordinates programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
