Our ideal Product Manager Digital Front End (DFE) Quality Management Software will

Listen to and collaborate with our customers and partners to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and translate them into impactful, innovative, easy to use products ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. She/he is an out of the box thinker that challenges conventional solutions and fosters strategic innovation.

In your main role at Esko, you will:
  • Own the P&L for the products under your responsibility
  • Ensure top quality and on-time product releases
  • Drive growth, profitability, roadmap and strategy on a global basis
  • Closely follow and act on the competitive landscape
  • Train sales channels on the messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation and work with marketing to ensure world class product launches
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
  • In-depth knowledge about the packaging supply chain process and packaging management process both at Converters and premedia
  • Good knowledge of software business models and understanding of trends in cloud technology development and in cloud business models
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to test new ideas and industry-leading practices to ensure a top customer experience from the software products
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences
  • Must have well developed executive presence; ability to lead and manage project teams with a range of experience and skills and engage at the highest executive level at our customers
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
  • 2-4 years of experience with software solutions in the packaging & labels industry
  • Master degree
  • Experience in and exposure to professional software in packaging & labels industry
  • History of customer facing roles
  • Fluent in English – other languages are a bonus
