QC Transfer Specialist

Brabant Walloon – contracting

Our partner (well-known pharmaceutical industry) is looking for a QC Transfer Specialist to ensure the necessary documentation for the export of QC reagents to subsidiaries (outside Europe) and the transfer of analytical tests to control laboratories.

Your responsibilities?
  • Identification of reagents requiring an export permit
  • Obtaining the scientific specifications required to draft these permits
  • Interact with external QC reagent suppliers to obtain the appropriate documentation
  • Support to the logistic teams responsible for the preparation and shipment of reagents
  • Coordination of the different internal partners for the prioritization of reagent exports
  • Proactive communication with subsidiaries to facilitate the import of these reagents
  • Implement a process to ensure the availability of the necessary documents for the export of reagents
  • Drafting of test transfer protocols to national laboratories
  • Documentary and technical support to national laboratories during the transfer of analytical tests
  • Evaluation of the equivalence of the results generated by the national laboratories and writing of the test transfer reports.
Your profile?
  • Degree in Science, engineering such a Biology, Pharmacist
  • Experience in QC and transfer
  • First experience in pharmaceutical sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with managing projects.
