YOUR FUTURE JOB

As a Quality Improvement Project Manager at Melexis, you will:

Drive Annual Audit Strategy & Planning
Monitor and follow up audit Process KPI & quarterly reporting on the audit process
Keep Audit documentation up to date including training material
Coordinate customer communication for new customer audit requests (global)
Coordinate and answer customer (self)- questionnaires
Lead relevant audits (certification, customer) on site according to relevant Quality & Environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
Support (if relevant / remote or on site) audits (certification, customer) on other sites according to relevant Quality & Environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
Lead internal audits on the different Melexis locations according to relevant Quality & Environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3)
Drive improvement projects related to the audit process

YOUR PROFILE

Previous experience in a similar position is a strong asset (preferably within the automotive industry)
Knowledge of relevant Management Systems standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3) and its practical application, a certificate or auditor card to one of the standards is a plus
Ability to plan, analyze, implement and follow-up
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Able to communicate effectively to a diverse audience
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline driven environment
Fluency in English
Willing to travel to audit other Melexis sites / join team workshops
