stow is a dynamic and global key player in the racking & storage solutions industry. In line with our continuous growth and innovation efforts, we have developed automated storage solutions both for pallets and bins. These automated solutions are headed by stow Robotics.

Job Description

  • As team leader, you are building up the capacity and competence of the Validation activity within stow Robotics.
  • With your team, define and develop Verification & Validation procedures, work instructions, test scripts, and other documentation to demonstrate that the system is fit for its purpose and satisfies the stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Create and monitor the document structure: test reports, test protocols…
  • Recommend corrective actions and obtain stakeholder acceptance of validation results.
  • Define and develop strategies for verification and validation, including the use of simulators and testbeds.
  • Log defects and issues found during V&V activities and track to closure.
  • Prioritize project tasks to complete them on schedule while maintaining the quality of work.
  • Promote the use of model-based systems engineering approaches, requirements management, defect management, and test management.
  • Collaborate closely and stay aligned with other groups, both within and external to stow Robotics
  • Lead technical design reviews at various stages of the program lifecycle.
  • Administrate the team and support our engineers’ development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the material handling, manufacturing, automation, machine, or aerospace industries.
  • Hands-on design and/or testing experience of electronic or electromechanical products, subsystems, or components.
  • Autonomous and team player.
  • Structured and organized.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as PTC Integrity or similar is +
  • English is a must (B2 or higher).

We will move from Spiere-Helkijn to Lokeren in February 2023.

You are willing to travel to Spiere-Helkijn till we have moved.
