• Elaborate,test and implement solutions
• Respond to and resolve escalated (L3) complex IT incidents and issues.
• Together with your team lead, define and implement short- and long-term approaches for managing your assigned Infrastructure.
• Optimise the management of the infrastructure and the applications using it.
• Looking for structural improvements to ensure and improve performance, stability and availability.
• Perform testing for system continuity.
• Develop, test and implement monitoring tools and processes according to instructions.
• Working closely with other local and global Technology teams to ensure strong collaboration.
• Following up on new technologies by attending seminars and liaising with suppliers and constructors.
• Being a source of information for colleagues & users and responsible for overall satisfaction.
• Writing out and maintaining procedures both for end-users and IT members.
• You are stress resistant.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (as a Network Engineer)
• Strongly results- and service-oriented, you take a professional approach.
• Team player who communicates fluently.
• Structured, project-oriented, conscientious and decisive.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector is a major plus, as well as with a multinational (Matrix) environment.
• Preferably some basic IT knowledge of clients, Servers, storage.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work occasional weekends where required.
• Willing to work in an on-call regime to provide necessary operational support outside the regular work-windows.
• "Network infrastructure design, Project coordination and Implementations:
• Develop, test & implement Network & Telecom solutions and processes.
• Good technical knowledge: WLAN, data and telecommunications, Cisco, data cabling, TCP/IP, WANs, security, Firewall and VPN
• Experience with network management tools
• Network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools are no stranger to you
• Experience in telephony (Cisco/Dect) is a plus
• Experience in DevNetOps is a plus
• SAFe Agile experience is a plus
• Certifications or the equivalent knowledge:
• CCNP Enterprise
• ENWLSI
• ENWLSD
