Job Summary

For our logistics department, we are looking for a Technical Employee Spare Parts Receiving. The main part of the job is to correctly receive and check incoming spare parts in a technical and administrative way and to perform data checks.

Your Job Responsibilities Include Among Other Things
  • Unpacking of incoming supplier orders and checking the parts for quality and quantity.
  • Measuring the parts with the appropriate equipment (wire gauge, calliper, flexible steel ruler).
  • Consulting the technical information in the system and comparing it with the unpacked part.
  • Assigning components to the correct product group and linking them to a TVH specification number.
  • Contacting the purchasing department for additional technical information.
  • Preparation of non-compliant records in case of deviations/problems.
  • Keeping the own workspace tidy and orderly.
Profile
  • Preferably you have a good basic knowledge of technical parts, acquired through studies (e.g. Technical Secondary Education or Vocational Secondary Education car mechanics, mechanics, electromechanics, ...) AND/OR you have acquired this knowledge through personal experience (tinkering with a car/moped/motorbike/...)
  • You quickly pick up new information, you have the will to learn technical components and you are a go-getter
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch or English
  • You are skilled in computers and have a good administrative mind
  • You have a good physical condition (e.g. hoisting/lifting)
  • You have strong powers of concentration
  • You are precise, orderly and reliable
  • You will be working in a flexible work schedule
