Main task and responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining project quality management documentation on site
• Help report on quality on both corporate and project level;
• Assist the site team in the development of method statements and inspection and test plans including the review of method statements and inspection & test plan of subcontractors and suppliers;
• Assist the project team in the choice of execution methods;
• Follow-up of the quality controls to be performed as per Inspection and test plan;
• Support the site team in case of quality problems and / or quality related questions by linking the site team to internal and/or external professionals;
• Help communicate (good and bad) quality experiences within the organization including the development of Lessons Learned and Best Practices.
  
  

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on a construction site
• Proven experience with Quality Control in a construction environment on site
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in quality management systems and ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and quality management software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites
