As a Quality Engineer, you will support key quality assurance activities and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the AS9100 standard.

  • Support internal and external audits and help develop the OIP Quality Management System
  • Monitor quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and optimizing process flows
  • Participate in MRBs (Material Review Boards) and stage gate reviews
  • Follow up on non-conformities, customer complaints, and improvement actions
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Affinity with quality systems and optimizing process flows
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Communicative and proactive team player
  • Experience with AS9100 or other QMS-standards (e.g. ISO9001) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
