- bachelor’s degree or similar based on experience, in biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- excellent knowledge and practical experience with microsoft office tools like excel, word, outlook, onenote.
- basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g. microsoft project management)
- ability to rapidly learn and apply new systems/software packages
- strong communication skills (including english writing and speaking)
- experience with independently solving issues
- preferred skills would include: flexibility, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and demonstrate sense of urgency
- assist in implementing new and ongoing projects in project management tools and support in follow up of actions
- deliver support in working out new process from start till implementation
- assist in exploring new possibilities for better visualisations/communications and follow up
- support financial parts of the organisation by updating existing tools and connecting to relevant partners
- work closely together with direct manager and colleagues in a highly collaborative team environment
