Then you might be the R&D scientist we are looking for!
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Method Development: Design, develop, improve, and validate analytical methods for new and existing production processes.
- Experimentation: Independently set up experiments and conduct studies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of analytical methods.
- Documentation: Generate scientific and technical study protocols and reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and trend data from ongoing methods, experiments, and analyses to ensure method effectiveness.
- Tech Transfer Support: Contribute to technology transfer activities, including fit-gap assessment, validation, dossier preparation, and PAI support.
- Innovation and Improvement: Participate in initiatives focused on digital labs, the factory of the future, and advanced analytics for enhanced process understanding and control.
What are we looking for?
- Educational Background: PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent experience preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in spectrophotometry, biological activity assays, potency binding ELISA, BIAcore, and Octet testing.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
- Technical Writing Skills: Ability to prepare detailed protocols and reports with accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Capability to critically analyze data, draw scientifically sound conclusions, and communicate them effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Excellent understanding of cGMP and the ability to convert legal requirements regarding analytical methods into effective action plans.
- Adaptability: Flexibility, resilience to stress, openness to change and innovation, and ability to work within deadlines.
- Project Management: Ability to independently plan and manage projects.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
