Recruiter Engineering Division

As a growing company, Robert Walters is constantly looking for future talents to enrich our teams.

As a Recruiter Engineering Division, you are an integral part of our organisation and will work directly with our consultants to support all recruitment efforts for our business portfolio in our Brussels (Ixelles) office. In this role you will be exposed to middle and top level management engineering and supply chain profiles.

Daily tasks of a Recruiter Engineering Division:

• Search / research of engineering & supply chain management profiles via talent lists and pools
• Conduct telephone screenings and be the first point of contact with the professionals
• Investing in building a sustainable network through social media and / or other channels
• Collaborate with the team and manager in matching professionals with the right opportunity
• Ad hoc extra tasks, depending on the workload
  

Ideal profile for the Recruiter Engineering Division:

• Bachelor or a master degree with ideally a first experience in recruitment for technical profiles
• Fluent English, French and/or Dutch
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomous, organised, rigorous and eager to learn
• A problem-solving mentality and a good sense of deadlines
• A true team player
