What exactly are you going to do?

As a Recruitment Researcher with us you will work together with a team of experienced consultants who are specialized in their specific markets. Your role will include providing essential data to our consultants regarding candidates and all aspects of the recruitment market.

A number of core tasks

  • Identify new business opportunities by talking to candidates and developing your understanding of the market
  • Carry out some specific headhunting projects and support our consultants when they are out of the office
  • Research relevant industry news and developments, act proactively based on all information you collect from your research - or from candidates
  • Screen resumes and find new candidates using a variety of methods, including referrals and job boards
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates as part of our registration phase
  • Ensure that our candidate databases are up to date and contain all relevant legal information

Who are you?

To get started as a Recruitment Researcher, you have the following experience and skills:

  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar and/or HR or Finance environment
  • A passion for learning, experiencing different situations and trying new things
  • The ability to stay up to date with information about competitors and market trends
  • A persistent approach - you follow tasks thoroughly to deliver quality and precision
  • Excellent teamwork, relationship building and communication skills
  • Lots of initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to see the bigger picture
