JOB DESCRIPTION

INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking on behalf of one of the European Institutions based in Brussels, a professional to cover the following opening:

Requirements & Functional Analyst (m/f)

You will:

• Perform a preliminary analysis of content audit for the knowledge repository of procedures and working practices, including providing a framework and templates for needs collection.
• Perform interviews with key knowledge holders and organizers.
• Perform needs analysis for the knowledge repository with deliverable
• User requirements report and analysis of technology choices.
• Propose an information architecture based on the user requirements report and following close consultation and coordination with the KM officer and KM community core group.
• Come up with a taxonomic architecture for the knowledge repository and train KM correspondents on how to use it.
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to KM core group, community members and management on the changes in the way people search, use and update information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have:

• In depth knowledge of information systems matters
• Knowledge of administrative business processes
• Knowledge of business analysis tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP)
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing reports
• Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment
