Job Description

Support the business in implementing the policy decisions and evaluate the effective application
Analyse the Non-Life risks when designing new products in line with the strategy
Ensure that the operational limits are respected, a.o. by participating in the different steering groups and the medium-term Business & Capital plan
Challenging the first line on the level of the best estimate calculations and the quality of the data cooperating efficiently and constructively with the business and the other control functions (2nd and 3rd line) and promoting the risk culture
Making an overview of the level of risks taken by the business.

Profile

At least 3 years of experience in Non-Life product management or in risk management/audit, preferably related to the insurance business
Master in economics or actuarial science
global knowledge of the insurance business Non-Life and of the different steps of the product life cycle
Knowledge and general understanding of actuarial techniques and models, insurance and risk management
Basic knowledge of Solvency II and accounting rules
Fluent in Dutch or French and a good knowledge in English
